At StoneLedger Global, we specialize in sourcing and supplying certified diamonds and premium jewellery tailored to client requirements. Due to the customized and high-value nature of our products, our refund and return policies are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and mutual protection.
2. Return & Refund Eligibility
StoneLedger Global accepts returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification and approval.
Items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original certification and packaging
- Be returned within the approved return window
Customized, made-to-order, wholesale, or personalized jewellery items may not qualify for full refunds unless defective or incorrectly delivered.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Eligible Return & Exchange Cases
Returns or exchanges may be considered under the following conditions:
- Product received is significantly different from description
- Incorrect item delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Manufacturing defect verified by our team
Verification through photos, videos, or certification review may be required before approval.
4. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:

- Certified by GIA / IGI / internationally recognized laboratories
- Quality checked before dispatch
- Professionally inspected before shipment
Minor variations in appearance caused by lighting, photography, screen settings, or natural gemstone characteristics are not considered defects.
6. Refund Processing
If a return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an agreed alternative method
- Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and transaction fees are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by StoneLedger Global
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before sourcing, customization, or processing begins.
Once production, sourcing, certification, or shipment processing has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for full refunds.
8. International Orders
For international clients:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the buyer’s responsibility
- Customs delays are outside our control
- International return shipping costs are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect
